Blog Editor’s Note: One thing the citation does not articulate is that taking a holistic PTA approach protects GNSS satellites and signals by making them much less valuable targets. If complementary capabilities on Earth are available for use when space signals are not available, many malicious actors will look elsewhere to cause trouble.
