The second Resilient PNT Forum was held on Monday the 26 of January as a parallel evening event to the Institute of Navigation’s International Technical Meeting a Dana Point. After drinks and hors d’ oeuvres, approximately 120 attendees were welcomed by hosts Martin Bransby from the UK General Lighthouse Authorities (GLA), and Dana Goward, President of the RNT Foundation. Dr. Brad Parkinson made introductory remarks and described his PTA – Protect, Toughen and Augment – proposals for GNSS. Mr. Joe Kunches from ASTRA gave an excellent short presentation on Space Weather, before Mr. Bransby, Prof. Jiwon Seo, and Mr. Goward, described resilient PNT efforts in NW Europe, Korea, and the USA, respectively.

Special thanks to the event sponsors: Research and Radionavigation at the UK GLA, UrsaNav, Exelis, RNT Foundation, iPosi, and ASTRA.

What Can YOU Do? How Can YOU Help?

PNT is the quiet backbone of everything but too many leaders still don't see the risk.

But you do. You understand the systems, the dependencies, the failure chains. That insight is rare — and it's exactly what your country needs right now. Contact your government leaders and industry decision-makers and tell them resilient PNT isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything else depends on.
