Where is the event being held?
Our venue is the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, just across the street from where ION GNSS+ 2025 will kick off that evening.

How much does parking cost? How do I get the discounted rate?
Attendees can take advantage of the group self-parking discount of $25 at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards.
- Option 1 – Pre-pay online (recommended): Visit this link (https://grs-reservationserviceesb.lazparking.com/checkout/?l=68741&wk=48b00c0c9c6940e5b8abe6024b4ddf79) before arriving. You’ll receive a QR code that allows your vehicle to enter and exit the garage at the discounted rate.
- Option 2 – Pay at the hotel: Pull a ticket when entering the garage, then stop by the front desk before departing to have your ticket validated for the discounted $25 rate.
- Important: If you pull a ticket and do not visit the front desk, you’ll be charged the full $34 daily rate when you exit the garage.
How do I get to the event space?
The event will be held in the Stadium Ballroom on the second floor of the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. Use the escalator, stairs, or elevators from the main lobby to reach the second floor. Event signage will be posted throughout the hotel.
What time does check-in begin? What time does the event begin?
Check-in begins at 8:15 AM outside the Stadium Ballroom. Please have a digital or printed copy of your EventBrite ticket ready to show. Please remember this is an invite only event and unregistered guests are not permitted.
The event beings promptly at 9:00 AM.
Do I need my EventBrite Ticket?

Can I bring a guest?
No, this is an invite only event and unregistered guests are not permitted.
Are meals provided?
Yes. A late morning snack and lunch are provided as well as coffee, tea, and water.

- We are using Chatham House Rules (CH Rule) – Attendees may speak about what they learned, but may not attribute anything to individual speakers or organizations without their explicit permission.
- There will be one or more representatives of the press in attendance, but they will be there for background information and will adhere to the CH Rule.
- Proceedings from the event will be published by Inside GNSS. Again, adhering to the CH Rule.
