What’s new: U.S. Space Force expanding its ability to jam signals from space.

Why it’s important: It should remind us that signals from space are vulnerable and can be disrupted. – Yes all RF signals can be jammed, though usually it is easier if they are from space. And it is more likely if military organizations think the signals are valuable to their adversaries.

What else to know: When only a small handful of countries were able to put things in orbit, space was considered a safe haven for valuable national capabilities. It is still a great place for a lot of tech, but it is no longer a safe haven.

What Can YOU Do? How Can YOU Help?

PNT is the quiet backbone of everything but too many leaders still don't see the risk.

But you do. You understand the systems, the dependencies, the failure chains. That insight is rare — and it's exactly what your country needs right now. Contact your government leaders and industry decision-makers and tell them resilient PNT isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything else depends on.
