  • FCC Commissioner Nathan Simington then gave a keynote address
  • RADM Montgomery made some interesting observations about the Department of Defense needing domestic GPS but their running way from any responsibility they don’t see as necessary for expeditionary operations. – So then it is really the Department of Offense…?
