Blog Editor’s Note:

We wonder which country’s warships could be doing this?

BTW:  121.5 is the aviation emergency and calling frequency.  123.45 is designated “…to enable air-to-air communications for aircraft engaged in flights over remote and oceanic areas out of range of VHF ground stations to exchange necessary operational information…”

Thanks to RNTF member and advisor, Guy Buesnel for sending this in!
