Blog Editor’s Note: There are way too many Ligado-related items to post these days, but we thought Dee Ann Divis’ take in this one was particularly interesting.

We will observe that, per other media, folks in Congress don’t seem to be letting this issue drop. Sen. Inhofe, chair of the Armed Services Committee in the Senate, and Rep DeFazio, chair of the Transportation Committee in the House, seem particularly engaged and eager to see something done.

Regarding this excellent piece below, we note that when you break GPS you risk breaking the systems, aircraft, vehicles, ships, and people that use it.  Guess FCC is OK with that…
