Only 3% of respondents to a GPS World on line survey answered “No need for a backup to GPS/GNSS” in response to the question”What is your first choice for a GPS/GNSS backup?”
57% said that their efforts would be on “PNT including other sensors and positioning technologies” going forward, rather than just focusing on GPS/GNSS.
The survey results were reported on page 34 of the October edition of GPS World magazine.
