On January 6th the Radio Technical Commission, Maritime (RTCM) issued its “Minimum Performance Standards for Marine eLoran Receiving Equipment.”

This 71 page document is the result of several years of effort by RTCM member volunteers from industry and government.

RTCM is a non-profit and generates income through membership fees and the sale of its publications, so we are providing a link to only the first chapters of the document.  To access the entire document become a member or contact RTCM at [email protected] to purchase.

What Can YOU Do? How Can YOU Help?

PNT is the quiet backbone of everything but too many leaders still don't see the risk.

But you do. You understand the systems, the dependencies, the failure chains. That insight is rare — and it's exactly what your country needs right now. Contact your government leaders and industry decision-makers and tell them resilient PNT isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything else depends on.
