What’s New: We found a YouTube site with time lapse videos of GPSJam.org for 2022, 2023, and to date in 2024. It helped us realize how bad things have gotten. And especially the increase in activity during 2023.

Why It’s Important: At some point various users are going to decide GPS/GNSS is too unreliable for use, at least in some areas.

  • We suspect aviation will be first. We understand that in some areas of the world, like the Middle East, pilots disable GPS on the ground, and keep it off line until they think they are clear of the area of interference.

What Else to Know: There are no easy solutions. GPS is baked into so many things, it will be difficult to recover from our societal addiction.

What Can YOU Do? How Can YOU Help?

PNT is the quiet backbone of everything but too many leaders still don't see the risk.

But you do. You understand the systems, the dependencies, the failure chains. That insight is rare — and it's exactly what your country needs right now. Contact your government leaders and industry decision-makers and tell them resilient PNT isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything else depends on.
