Blog Editor’s Note: An interesting overview video. The presentation was given at September’s Kaspersky Industrial Cybersecurity Conference in Sochi, Russia.

The presenter is Maxim Borodko, CEO of GPSPatron. As he points out, they have a lot of experience with spoofing in Russia, and the big, obvious spoofing, while perhaps tiresome and inconvenient, is rarely a big problem.

We need to remember that folks bent on malicious acts are likely to be subtle and do all they can to avoid detection.

So what are we missing? That problem just then – was it user error, a glitch, or something else? And what has escaped our notice entirely?

What Can YOU Do? How Can YOU Help?

PNT is the quiet backbone of everything but too many leaders still don't see the risk.

But you do. You understand the systems, the dependencies, the failure chains. That insight is rare — and it's exactly what your country needs right now. Contact your government leaders and industry decision-makers and tell them resilient PNT isn't a feature — it's the foundation everything else depends on.
