One method they don’t mention is protecting GPS receivers from spoofing by pairing the GPS signal with another electronic, preferably non-space, navigation signal, such as Loran. Some variant of Loran is available in Russia, China, South Korea and the Persian Gulf region. The Deputy Secretaries of Defense and Transportation have told Congress the US will build an eLoran system. DG
